Industry Veteran Mike DiChiara Assumes CFO Responsibilities

Cincinnati, Ohio - August 15, 2024 - ConstructConnect, a leading provider of software solutions for the construction industry, today announced that Mike DiChiara has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.

DiChiara, a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of experience, joined ConstructConnect in 2021 as Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining ConstructConnect, he held senior financial leadership roles at several Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble and General Electric.

Brody Transitions to Executive Director Role

With DiChiara's promotion, current CFO Buck Brody will transition to the role of Executive Director. Brody joined ConstructConnect in 2018 and has been instrumental in the company's financial growth and success.

In his new role, Brody will focus on strategic initiatives and special projects, as well as supporting the CEO and executive team with financial and operational advice.
