1 Billion Redevelopment Project Announced
Plano, Texas - September 24, 2021 - WEB Centurion American Development Group announced a $1 billion redevelopment project for Collin Creek Mall. The project aims to transform the existing mall into a pedestrian-friendly mixed-use development.
Construction is set to begin this summer, and crews will access the site via the Interlocken Loop exit off US-36 W.
The redevelopment has been in the works for several years, and it is expected to bring new life to the area. The project will include a variety of features, including:

- Public plazas and green spaces
The redevelopment is expected to be completed in phases, with the first phase scheduled to open in 2024.
